- After receiving your order, we will contact you and confirm the delivery date with you directly.
- When you place an order, the prices charged are those applicable on the day you order.
- For those areas, (like Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O), and areas that vehicles are restricted to access, please enquire us before you order.
- Additional delivery fees will be charged for specific areas (including Hong Kong International Airport, Cheung Chau, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan).
- If the typhoon signal number 8 or above or the black rainstorm warning is hoisted, all deliveries will be rescheduled. We will contact you directly for the new arrangement through WhatsApp or phone call.
- If the item you received has quality issues, please email us wine@hico.com.hk or WhatsApp us 9123-1001 with pictures of your item. For non-quality issues, we will take care of these issues as appropriate.
- When there is any dispute, EcceVino (HK) Limited reserves the right of final decision. EcceVino (HK) Limited also reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
