Kabinett grapes are picked at an early point of ripeness, whereas spatlese grapes at a later point, normally at least 7 days after normal harvest. So, the grapes are riper and have a higher sugar content. Mueller’s Riesling Spatlese is elegant and at the same time pleasant Riesling with very riesling-typical, fruit-accented bouquet after peaches, apricots, grapefruit and crisp apples. A great typical Riesling Spatlese wine that you should never miss out.
